It does not cover student education records, which are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and governed by the school’s separate records policies, nor third-party platforms the school uses under their own agreements (for example, our student information system or Google Workspace for Education).

Staff members who sign in to the staff portal do so with their school Google account.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)
