About Us
Welcome to Lincoln Academy, in the heart of Pleasant Grove, Utah. Since 2005 we’ve grown into a community of roughly 900 students. As a tuition-free K–9 charter school, we exist to do one thing: empower students to SOAR — to Serve, Overcome, Achieve, and be Ready.

What Is a Charter School?
A charter school is a tuition-free public school that operates independently within the public system. In exchange for that freedom, we’re held to a charter — a contract that spells out our mission and goals. That flexibility lets Lincoln design curriculum and learning experiences tailored to our students and community.

Our Core Values
Student growth, well-being, and achievement come first. Every decision is based on what is best for Lincoln students. We strive to know our students, build meaningful relationships, and reach each individual learner — with shared responsibility for every student.
Collaboration is the key to our success. We continually improve our practice individually and as a team, and embrace new initiatives. We understand the power of “yet.” If you see a problem, bring a solution and support the outcome.
Always look for the bright side. We assume positive intent and look for reasons something will work rather than reasons it won’t. An “I Can” attitude drives progress.
Professional interactions create a safe environment for everyone. We are loyal to the goals of the school, to co-workers, and to students and families. Concerns are addressed directly and vertically. Student and family privacy is protected — FERPA is not optional, it is the law.
Integrity means doing the right thing over personal gain. If it is your job, do it. Mistakes are part of growth — taking responsibility for them accelerates it, and self-reflection is essential.
