About Us

Welcome to Lincoln Academy, in the heart of Pleasant Grove, Utah. Since 2005 we’ve grown into a community of roughly 900 students. As a tuition-free K–9 charter school, we exist to do one thing: empower students to SOAR — to Serve, Overcome, Achieve, and be Ready.

Empowering Students to SOAR

Serve · Overcome · Achieve · Ready — for every student, every day.

What Is a Charter School?

A charter school is a tuition-free public school that operates independently within the public system. In exchange for that freedom, we’re held to a charter — a contract that spells out our mission and goals. That flexibility lets Lincoln design curriculum and learning experiences tailored to our students and community.

The Lincoln Academy Difference

Lincoln isn’t just another school — it’s a community that nurtures growth, builds relationships, and embraces innovation.

Personalized Learning

We keep classes small — one teacher and one dedicated aide for every 26 students — so every child is truly known.

Empowering Technology

Smart Boards and Chromebooks fold naturally into lessons, helping students explore and create.

A Real Community

Teachers, staff, administrators, and parents partner closely so every student can SOAR.

What It Means to SOAR

O — Overcome

Frustrations, fears, poor habits, and circumstances.

A — Achieve

Individually, collaboratively, academically, and technologically.

R — Ready

To learn, contribute, create, and lead with my strengths.
