Registering for High School — Alpine School District
As you move on from Lincoln, here’s how to plan a strong high school path in Alpine School District:
- Graduation requirements — the credits and courses Alpine School District requires to earn a diploma (Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Fine Arts, CTE, and more). This official page is always the most current.
- Your graduation plan — every student builds a personalized four-year plan (which courses to take, and when) with a school counselor through the College & Career Readiness (CCR) process. We start that here at Lincoln; your high school counselor continues it each year.
Questions about courses, credits, or transferring records? Contact your future high school’s counseling office, or talk with our counselor before you go.
Junior High CCRs at Lincoln Academy
College and Career Readiness (CCR) helps students prepare for life after high school. College includes any education or training after high school — universities, community colleges, trade schools, apprenticeships, military training, or certification programs. Career focuses on helping students explore their interests, strengths, and future opportunities.
During CCR meetings, students, parents/guardians, and the school counselor discuss graduation requirements, course selections, future goals, and steps to explore college and career options. Together, we create a plan to support each student’s future success.
CCR meetings are held January through March.
