Savannah Jepson
My name is Savannah Jepson and I am the ELL Specialist here at Lincoln Academy! I help support our bilingual students who have native languages other than English by strengthening their English skills. I have taught English as a second language in various different schools both abroad and here in the USA and I absolutely love sharing my passion for learning languages with others!
I had the privilege of graduating from Brigham Young University in Provo with a degree in linguistics. During my undergraduate studies, I developed a passion for language and second language learning. Through my education, I have the benefit of knowing how children learn languages both from a neurolinguistic and practical standpoint. I love teaching language with those as my foundation. Language brings connection and I am so excited to help our kids be better equipped to make those connections with their English-speaking peers and teachers.
