Meals Available for Children during COVID-19 School Closures
Lincoln Academy is participating in the Seamless Summer Option or Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Online Online will pick up on Mondays and Thursdays at 2:30. Monday- receive breakfast and lunch for

Since we are not in school on Friday all am will receive breakfast and lunch on Thursday at 11:00 and pm will receive breakfast and lunch for Friday and Monday breakfast on Thursday at 3:00.
To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form (AD-3027), found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. Depositing Money into Student Accounts
Online payments to students lunch accounts can be made by clicking “Lunch Payments” above. You may set up an account and pay with e-check for a fee of $.49 or pay with credit or debit card for 3 % and a $.50 fee. You may set up email notifications when your students balance reaches below a certain amount and set up automatic payment plans when the amount you have set up reaches below a certain amount.
To deposit money into your student’s account, have the student bring a check and deposit it into the black box located in the front foyer. If paying by cash, please put money in an envelope and have your student bring it to Mrs. Lum for a receipt. Cash that is deposited into the black box will not be guaranteed. Cash may be dropped off before or after school, or during lunch. Checks may also be dropped off during lunch.
If students have a positive balance left over at the end of the school year, parents may donate to the “Superhero Fund.” This fund may be used to help pay for any unpaid lunch balances at the end of the school year. Money will be used at the discretion of the Kitchen Director and Lincoln Academy Administration.
Free and Reduced Lunch
Lincoln Academy has been approved by the State of Utah to offer free and reduced-price lunches to students that qualify. For a copy of the application, please contact Jodi Lum at email@example.com or you may fill out an application online through Aspire.
Term 4 Updates
All breakfast and lunches are free to all Lincoln students and their siblings 18 and under for the rest of the school year.
The breakfast and lunch order form will open up every Wednesday at noon and close on Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. for the following weeks meals. You will order for an entire week at a time.
If your students are attending Lincoln Academy Monday through Thursday and you order Breakfast, please have your students to the school by 7:30 to eat. Breakfast needs to be eaten at school for all Lincoln students. Students leave the lunchroom for the classroom no later than 7:55.
If your students are attending Lincoln Academy Monday through Thursday and you order lunch, they will be eating at school in their designated areas. Lunch needs to be eaten at school for all Lincoln Students.
Elementary students k(afternoon)-5 will be assigned a specific dot to eat at every day in the lunchroom. Their Aspire number will be written on that dot along with on their lunch container. This is how we will know who has ordered and picked up their lunches.
6th graders will have an assigned number and color they will sit at when it is their turn to eat in the lunchroom.
Jr. High Students lunches will be delivered to their homeroom classrooms and have their aspire numbers (lunch numbers) on their lunch containers. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR STUDENT’S CORRECT HOMEROOM TEACHER AND ASPIRE NUMBER.
AM kindergarten lunches will be sent home at 11:00
PM kindergarten may come to school and eat in the designated area in the lunchroom at 11:00.
Friday’s breakfast and lunch will be sent home at the end of the day on Thursdays.
Sibling Breakfast and Lunches:
Sibling breakfasts and lunches will be sent home at the end of the day with the student whom you choose for the food to be delivered to. All non-Lincoln students who do not have an Aspire number will use 0000 as their number.
When filling out the order form for Siblings, make sure you click on the Sibling tab. Make sure you put what teacher and grade you would like the breakfast/lunch delivered to.
You must know your student’s Aspire (lunch) number. This is the four-digit number that your student uses to log into canvas, checks grades, etc. Lincoln will be emailing your student’s Aspire number to you on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. You must also know your student’s teacher for elementary and homeroom teacher for Jr. High. This will help in making sure all breakfast and lunches go to the correct teacher or homeroom. We won’t have time to run around trying to figure out where each student’s breakfast or lunch is.
If your student is going to be absent, please cancel your meals by 8:00 am by calling the front office.
Online Students Only:
Pick up breakfast and lunches for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 2:00 in the front lobby.
Pick up breakfast and lunches for Friday and Monday at 2:00 in the front lobby.
Pick up for both days is now 2:00 instead of 2:30 due to release time change.
All online students’ food being sent home is not pre-cooked. To keep these items as fresh as possible, it will be the responsibility of the parent or student to cook to proper temperature before consuming.
