Fourth Grade

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City in the Cottonwood Heights area. I graduated from Brighton High School and then attended Utah State University. I met my wonderful husband, Clair, in Logan. We have two amazing daughters who both attended Lincoln Academy. They loved their elementary years at Lincoln and had many wonderful teachers and friends during their time here. It is because of my experiences as a Lincoln Academy parent and Teacher’s Assistant that I decided to get my teaching certificate.
Some of my favorite things to do in my free time are to read, sew, play video games, and travel. Some of my favorite destinations have been Mount Rushmore, Yosemite National Park, Disneyland, the Panama Canal, Washington D.C. and Canada.
I love teaching fourth grade at Lincoln Academy! Lincoln Academy is a fantastic school that focuses on teaching the whole child. I know each of my students are individuals with their own unique ideas and gifts to contribute to our classroom. I can’t wait to share the fourth grade curriculum with them and watch them as they grow in their understanding of our world.
