Marie Eads
Finance and Accounting Director
Marie Eads has been a dedicated member of Lincoln Academy since 2005 and has
served as Business Manager for the past 18 years. In this role, she oversees all
financial operations, including purchasing, accounting processes, financial reporting,
budget development and forecasting, state and federal compliance reporting, payroll
administration, employee benefits, and insurance management.
With more than 35 years of experience in accounting and finance, Marie brings
extensive expertise and proven leadership to her position. She is highly skilled in
identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues, consistently demonstrating
exceptional attention to detail and sound fiscal judgment. Throughout her career, she
has held numerous management roles, further strengthening her strategic and
operational capabilities.
Marie attended Utah Valley University (formerly UTC/Orem), where she majored in
Accounting. During her time there, she served as Student Body Financial Vice
President, gaining valuable experience in financial oversight and leadership.
Under Marie’s financial stewardship, Lincoln Academy has been recognized with the
Financial Team of Excellence Award from the State Office of Education and has
achieved “no findings” in 16 of the past 18 annual financial audits—an accomplishment
that reflects her commitment to accuracy, compliance, and fiscal integrity.
