Secondary Principal

Hello! I’m Jacob Dalton, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve as the Vice Principal over Secondary at Lincoln Academy. I’m passionate about creating an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow academically and personally.

In my work, I focus on building strong relationships with students, families, and teachers so we can work together to help every learner succeed. I believe in the mission of Lincoln Academy and in helping our students SOAR by developing resilience, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.

My goal is to ensure that our secondary students have the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive — not just in school, but in life. I’m committed to fostering a positive school culture, strengthening instructional practices, and supporting our teachers as we help students reach their full potential.

I’m excited to be part of this community and look forward to working together to make Lincoln Academy a place where every student can excel.
