Brynnley Adams

I love to learn! My hope is that my students will too after being in my classroom!
I grew up in Nampa, Idaho, just outside of Boise. I went to a small charter school for the
majority of my education, which is what drew me to Lincoln’s small, family-like
atmosphere. I was a competitive swimmer, starting at eight years old. This is where my
love for teaching started, coaching young swimmers and teaching swim lessons. I was
recruited across the U.S. to swim in college, and ultimately ended up competing and
studying at Dixie State University (Utah Tech). I earned a Bachelor’s degree in
Elementary Education along with a minor in Communication Studies. After graduating, I
moved back to Idaho and started teaching 6th grade math. However, my heart truly
belongs with my lower elementary kiddos! That being said, this will be my second year
teaching 3rd grade here at Lincoln Academy and I am beyond excited! I love it here!
Outside of school I like to spend time with friends, read, watch movies/documentaries,
and do puzzles! I still love to swim and hope to compete in open-water events during
the summers.
I hope to encourage my students to follow their passions and learn habits that will make
them successful. I want everyone (coworkers, parents, students) to feel welcomed and
loved when they walk through my doors. Ultimately, I hope to have an impact that will
inspire, enrich, and refine each and every day.
