This is my second year of teaching/ TA here at Lincoln Academy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education and a minor in Marine Biology from Brigham Young University–Hawai‘i. Living in Hawaii has been one of the greatest times of my life, next to being able to teach the students in this community. I am obsessed with the ocean and Art; especially from the Baroque, Rococo, and Renaissance Era’s. Inspired by my time living in Hawai‘i—and her favorite animal, the leopard shark—she encourages students to explore the connections between art, nature, and culture.

I had the pleasure of being a part of the women’s basketball coaching staff at a local high school as well as coaching girls soccer here at Lincoln. Champs 2025! I am a big lover of sports, teamwork, sportsmanship and development both on the court and in the classroom. I believe that every student is an artist and hard work beats talent. I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where creativity is nurtured, mistakes are part of the learning process, and each student’s unique perspective is valued and celebrated. I am looking forward to working with many of you in the near future at Lincoln Academy. I am excited to get started and see our students excel.
