Gabrielle Dorman
My name is Gabby Dorman, and I am so excited to be teaching at Lincoln Academy! This is my second year teaching fifth grade and my first year at Lincoln Elementary. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University, along with a minor in Family Life.
I absolutely love teaching 5th grade and enjoy all subject areas, especially the U.S. History component. I am passionate about helping students develop a sense of patriotism and pride in our country while learning about the events and people who shaped it. I believe education is about more than academics, and I love that Lincoln Academy focuses on helping each student become not only their best academically, but also as individuals. My goal is to help my students become a force for good in the world and to truly believe that they can make a difference.
When I am not at school, I love spending time with my husband. I enjoy being outdoors and staying active through sports. Some of my favorite hobbies include gymnastics, baking, and snowboarding. I also love animals and hope to have a dog of my own someday!
