Megan Welch brings over 20 years of experience working with children in a variety of roles, including preschool education, special needs support, and family-centered care. She has a deep passion for helping each child feel seen, supported, and excited about learning.
Megan earned her degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University–Idaho, with a minor emphasis in communication. Her background has given her a strong foundation in understanding child development, family dynamics, and effective interpersonal connection.
As the founder and teacher of Little Wonder Preschool, Megan created a nurturing, engaging environment where young learners could grow academically and socially. She has also worked as a case manager for individuals with disabilities, further strengthening her ability to meet diverse needs with compassion and adaptability.
Megan believes in helping children discover the “magic” of learning—those moments when understanding sparks confidence and joy. She strives to create meaningful, interactive experiences that encourage growth, creativity, and a love of learning.
Outside of her professional work, Megan is a wife and mother of three. She enjoys baking, traveling, meeting people from different backgrounds, and creating both hands-on and digital projects.
