Stacey Macleod

Stacey MacLeod believes her most important role is mother to 4 children, 2 dogs and a
grandmother to 6 that bring her so much joy. She has worked in education for 25 years in a
variety of roles, including paraeducator, behavior specialist, and special education teacher. She
currently serves as a junior high special education math teacher and case manager for students
with IEPs. Stacey is passionate about helping students succeed and believes that building
relationships and showing students they are cared for comes first. She strives to help every
student understand that they are capable of accomplishing great things and that they are
enough. While earning her master’s degree in special education and years of experience have
taught her a great deal, she believes her greatest lessons have come from the students she
teaches.
