Let’s Keep Lincoln Safe & Respectful

We kindly ask all families to help keep our school community safe and respectful during drop-off and pick-up. Please drive slowly through school zones, follow carpool procedures, and stay in designated areas to avoid blocking traffic or driveways. We’ve also noticed some students leaving trash, picking up rocks, or walking through nearby yards. We ask for your help in reminding your children to respect the homes and property around our school. Let’s all work together to keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Thank you for your continued support!

            Carpool Safety

We are always concerned about the safety of our students.  Please make sure that during carpool, you are following speed limits on the roads and in the parking lot, watching for students who are walking, and following our carpool procedures.  We appreciate your diligence in helping our students stay safe.

            Snap Payments in November

If households need help with food, there are programs that can help.

Child Nutrition Programs at USBE has an agreement with the Utah Food Bank (Utah Food Bank) to administer The Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).General information about the TEFAP program operations in Utah can be found on the USBE CNP Website.

Households which meet the The Emergency Food Assistance Program Income Guidelines may be eligible to receive food for home use. To qualify, adults must provide household size and income information on a confidential application at a participating food distribution location.

This list of  TEFAP Sub-ERA  locations is the most current information we have about participating locations where TEFAP may be received. Households are encouraged to visit the Utah Food Bank’s pantry finder for more information.

Households can also visit the https://211utah.org/ website or dial 2-1-1 for additional resources in their area.

            Lincoln Academy Sponsorship

The sponsor program partners families and businesses with school classrooms/programs to enhance learning. Sponsors provide funds to classrooms/programs that provide hands-on learning experiences, field trips, children’s educational magazines, and learning opportunities.
Lincoln Academy has a long history of individuals donating time as well as money to help our school become great! We love partnering with families and businesses to sponsor classrooms at Lincoln. Whether this is a monetary donation or volunteering in classrooms, we can’t operate without you. If you choose to be a class sponsor, your family name and/or business logo will be displayed on our TVs. Also, any donation is tax-deductible. Each classroom relies on a $500 sponsorship, which has been donated as a whole amount, or we have had families donate partial amounts. Sponsoring a class is a great option for families to partner with Lincoln when they don’t have the time to volunteer regularly.

If you are interested in being a part of our sponsor program or have any questions, please get in touch with me at jchristensen@lincoln-academy.org. We are extremely grateful for any donation that is given.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to Lincoln Academy, including our anonymous donors.

Your generosity has not gone unnoticed. We truly appreciate your support!

            Not Finding What You Need?
