Volunteer Hours

Lincoln Academy has a long-standing tradition of volunteerism at the school. Parents volunteer at least 40 hours annually in support of academic and extra-curricular programs, events, and activities. This tradition enables Lincoln Academy to provide an enhanced learning experience for its students and to cultivate a giving and unified school community.

Volunteer hours can be accumulated through field trips, classroom help, being a chaperone, lunch room help, help with facilities, and programs directed by the school and parent council. Sometimes Lincoln has volunteer opportunities come up on a day to day basis; please feel free to contact the office if you have some spare time.

We appreciate your willingness to volunteer.

To be able to volunteer as a driver on a field trip, you will need to do the following:

1) Pay $49.25 ($33.25Price of background check $16 fingerprinting fee) Background/Fingerprinting Payment Link

2) You will need to make an appointment to be fingerprinted.

After you click the link, choose the city (most likely Lehi), then click on “Direct submission/Livescan” to choose a date and time.

3) Email hr@lincoln-academy.org to receive authorized paperwork and instructions for fingerprinting. Yup, fingerprinting is located at 308 W. Main st. # B, Lehi.

4) Take your photo ID, and authorized paperwork requested from hr@lincoln-academy.org with you. (Lincoln does not need any copies)

~The background check is valid for the entire time your family remains enrolled at Lincoln~
