VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!

We are so thankful for the many volunteers who do so much to make Lincoln Academy so great!  Parental involvement is essential to the core foundation of Lincoln Academy.  Parents have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of their children’s education by volunteering directly in their children's classrooms or through the Parent Council (PC), which provides critical support for teachers and is responsible for many programs outside of the classroom.  Lincoln Academy requests each family donate at least forty (40) volunteer hours per school year.

As a reminder, volunteer hours needs to be recorded on the note cards at the front desk or by emailing volunteer@lincoln-academy.org. We routinely review everybody’s hours to see how they are doing. Sibling preference is not granted unless a family’s 40 volunteer hours have been completed for the current school year as well as prior years the family attended Lincoln Academy. In lieu of the 40 hours, a family may donate $500 to Lincoln Academy. If you have questions about the volunteer hours policy or sibling preference policy, please contact Josephine North at 756-2039 or north@lincoln-academy.org.
